Motel 6 Connellys Springs, NC

This was my second visit to this motel and I am very pleased. The rooms are very clean, its very quiet and the owners are very pleasant and helpful. Its my place to go when needed.

Ok my husband and I stay often we love the friendliness and it is quite. It is located right at restaurants and a convenient store. Never had a issue at this place except when the hurricane hit they went way up on prices. But it has been our favorite place to stay around the area

the lady at the front desk is very kind and considerate and since the rooms has been remodeled it is so nice!! definitely worth the price and it’s right walking distance from granny’s kitchen,taco bell, and burger kind. very impressed would definitely stay there again.

Don't let the outside fool you--it may look dated, but the rooms are great. Everything has been recently remodeled and our room (204) was clean. No nasty, sticky hotel carpet here; rooms have laminate flooring throughout. Our room also had a small microwave and refrigerator, which were both clean. The AC was in good working order as well. Water pressure is good, and hot water is practically instantaneous. Mattresses are clean and new, but too firm, which is the reason for the 4 stars.

It's an older building that is being updated as they can. The room was clean the refrigerator and microwave was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I more than got my moneys worth, and we will be back. Reading the other reviews I will say, realistic expectations are important. If I book a room for 60$ a night, I expect a 60$ room, not a 300$ room.

Nicer rooms than I expected and quiet!! Only thing I would suggest is more friendly Staff and when you get a room for family member no matter how many visitors they have it's none of their business as long as one Is in the room at the end of the night per agreement and all said and done be more respectful because they never know what that person came to their motel from. After all 100 dep.even after I paid for the two nights credit wise I still had take a deposit but I didn't mind until being uncomfortable and highly disrespected when trying to take care of a sick relative.

The room was pretty clean and everything including fridge and microwave were functional. There were some little things. . .sink drained a little slow and loose fixtures in the bathroom, but nothing that really affected our stay. Service was friendly and accommodating. I did not need maid service the first day and told them so, but the second day I would have liked for them to replenish some things and sweep the floor. I love hardwood floors as I am sure they are easier to clean than carpet, (that can get a little funky!), but I don't feel they were cleaned very well. When I asked for extra items at the desk, however, they were happy to provide them. The restaurant right next door had pretty good food and was priced right. Good service too! I would definitely stay here again.
